Uses

Improvement of muscular hypertonic symptoms in the following diseases: Cervical syndrome, periarthritis of the shoulder, lumbago.

Spastic paralysis in the following disease: Cerebrovascular disease, spastic spinal paralysis, cervical spondylosis, postoperative sequelae (including cerebrospinal tumor), sequelae to trauma (spinal trauma, head injury), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinocerebellar degeneration, spinal vascular diseases and other encephalomyelopathies.

Enzoril is also used to associated treatment for these conditions: Back Pain Lower Back, Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain, Muscle Relaxation

Dosage

Enzoril dosage

For adults:Usually 3 tablets per day in three divided doses after each meal. The dosage should be adjusted depending on the patient age and severity of symptoms.

Side Effects

The side effects of Enzoril are very rare, only a few cases have been observed. These are excessive relaxation, stomachache, nausea, vertigo, anorexia, drowsiness, skin rashes, diarrhea, vomiting, indigestion, GI disturbances, insomnia, headache, constipation, etc.

Interaction

Avoid concomitant use with tolperisone HCl and methocarbamol.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding use

Enzoril should only be used in pregnant women if the expected therapeutic benefits are evaluated to outweigh the possible risks of treatment. The safety of Enzoril has not been established in pregnant women. The drug should not be used during lactation.

Contraindication

Myonil is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Enzoril Hydrochloride.

Storage Condition

Store in a cool and dry place, protect from light and moisture. Keep all medication out of reach of children.
