Mycobacterial Cell Wall-DNA Complex (MCC) is formulated from Mycobacterium phlei, a non-pathogenic strain of mycobacteria. Bladder cancer

How MCC works

MCC has a therapeutic potential in high grade transitional cell carcinomas of the bladder, including refractory CIS. The combination of MCC with hyaluronic acid (HA) enhances both the apoptosis-inducing activity of MCC against prostate cancer cell lines, and the immune stimulatory activity of MCC (stimulation of anticancer cytokine synthesis by human immune effector cells).
