Uses
Nifura Cream 0.2% is used for the infectious conditions of the skin such as burns, wounds, ulcers, skin infections and skin grafting.
Dosage
To be applied directly to the lesion or on gauze first; 2-3 times daily or as advised by the physician.
Side Effects
Sensitization and generalized allergic skin reactions may be produced after few days of initial application. Cross sensitization to other Nifura Cream 0.2% derivatives may occur. Intolerance to Nifura Cream 0.2% necessitating withdrawal has been encountered.
Precaution
G6PD deficiency, renal impairment.

Pregnancy category- B
Contraindication
Nifura Cream 0.2% is contraindicated to patients with known sensitivity to Nifura Cream 0.2%. It is not advisable to use Nifura Cream 0.2% after the infection is cured. It should be used with caution in patients with known or suspected renal impairment.
