Each ml of Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium sterile eye gel drops contains: Active Substance: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium USP 10 mg. Preservative: Purite 0.0075%Sodium hyaluronate is a polysaccharide which functions as a tissue lubricant. It is widely used in ophthalmic surgery because it forms a viscoelastic solution in water which makes it a suitable substitute for aqueous and vitreous humour.

Uses
This eye drops is useful for the instant relief of dry, irritated and gritty eyes which is compatible with contact lenses.Dosage
Opti Fusion Ophthalmic Solution 0.1%+0.5% dosage
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.Side Effects
The chance of side effect is highly unlikely. However, transient blurring of vision may occur.Precaution
For ophthalmic use only. To avoid possible contamination of the drops, do not touch the dropper tip or to any surface. Replace the cap after use. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. If more than one topical ophthalmic drug is being used, the drugs should be administered at least five (5) minutes interval between applications.Interaction
If several medicines are to be administered to the eye, there should be an interval of at least 5 minutes between each application.Pregnancy & Breastfeeding use
There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. This eye drops should be used during pregnancy unless the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. It is not clear if enough medication from the eye drops would pass into breast milk. Caution should be exercised while giving this ophthalmic solution to a nursing mother.Contraindication
This eye drops is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of this preparation.Special Warning
Pediatric use: Safety and effectiveness have not been demonstrated with this eye drops in pediatric patients.Acute Overdose
No case of over dosage has been reported to date.
