Uses

Pentetreotida is a somatostatin receptor inhibitor, available in a kit with Indium-111, used as a contrast agent in the visualization of somatostatin receptor-positive neuroendocrine tumours.

Pentetreotida is also used to associated treatment for these conditions: Carcinoid Tumors, Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs)
