Tenlimide is a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It belongs to the class of anti-diabetic drugs known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors or Gliptins.

Adults can take 20 mg of Tenlimide once a day in general. If the effect isn't strong enough, the dosage can be raised by up to 40 mg once a day.

If you have missed any dose of Tenlimide then take it as soon as you remember. If it is already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
