Uses

Sac Sweet Tablet 12.5 mg is used as a sweetening agent. It is an artificial sweetener with effectively no food energy. It is about 300-400 times as sweet as sucrose but has a bitter or metallic aftertaste, especially at high concentrations. Saccharin is used to sweeten products such as drinks, candies, cookies, and medicines.

Dosage

As per advised by a the physician. 1 tab is equivalent in sweetners to 1 tespoon full of sugar.

Side Effects

Saccharin belongs to a class of compounds known as sulfonamides, which can cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Reactions can include: Headaches Breathing difficulties Diarrhoea and Skin problems
