Theraloc is an EGFR-targeting monoclonal antibody used in the treatment of squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck and glioblastomas.

Investigated for use/treatment in head and neck cancer, brain cancer, pediatric indications, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer.

Theraloc is also used to associated treatment for these conditions: Advanced Head and Neck Cancer, Advanced Stage Head and Neck Cancer, Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), High Grade Glioma (HGG), Advanced Epithelial Tumor of the Head and Neck
