How Betanidinum works
Betanidinum, a guanidine derivative, is a peripherally acting antiadrenergic agent which primarily acts as an alpha2a adrenergic agonist. Betanidinum effectively decreases blood pressure by suppressing renin secretion or interfering with function of the sympathetic nervous system.
