Poloxamer 407 Uses, Dosage, Side Effects and more

Poloxamer 407 is a polyoxyethylene polymer and hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant. It consists of a central hydrophobic block of polypropylene glycol that is flanked on each side by polyethylene glycol blocks, both hydrophilic in nature. Poloxamer 407 is used as an emulsifying agent and solubilizing agent in cosmetic and personal products such as contact lens cleaning solutions.
